PsychHubUK offers coaching to newcomers to IB Psychology and guidance in the use of a learning management platform (Moodle).
The introduction of the new IB Psychology specification is going to be an interesting time for understanding and deconstructing the changes in the guidelines. The new specification will create an even greater challenge for newcomers teaching the subject. Individual coaching is offered in delivering key aspects of the specification, while providing highly engaging and diverse learning opportunities for the students.
In these changing times, it is important for an educator to have an understanding of the different learning management systems (LMS). Moodle has been used extensively in and across universities for decades, and is a free and open-source LMS that has a treasure trove of components that will enrich your teaching and provide engagement data allowing for a highly individualised approach. Moodle has the potential to give you independence as a practitioner and to enrich your pedagogical practice.
